With the recent trend of the city’s massive housing need specifically within affordable range, this is a venture to target particularly the lower and middle income populace of the city. The site is at the southern fringe of the city and the dwelling units are designed for fulfillment of basic needs of nuclear families excluding much luxury. The massive challenge of the designer was to accommodate a high density with the balance of basic civic amenities.
